To ensure the best experience for all customers, please review our booking policy below: Booking Confirmation All appointments are requests only until confirmed by Wash Wizard Car Wash. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from our team via phone, text message, email, or another agreed-upon communication method. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline bookings based on availability. Cancellation Policy We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may affect priority for future bookings. Arrival & Service Please ensure your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Excessive delays may require your appointment to be rescheduled. Weather Conditions Mobile detailing and car wash services are weather-dependent. If severe weather affects your appointment, we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest available time. Customer Responsibility Please remove all personal valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. Wash Wizard Car Wash is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal items left inside the vehicle. Thank you for your cooperation.
